Spodwise is NOT a gambling operator and is not licensed by the UK Gambling Commission, the Gibraltar Regulatory Authority, or any other gambling authority. We do not accept wagers, hold customer funds, facilitate betting transactions, or operate any games of chance. Our service is purely analytical — similar to how Bloomberg provides financial market data without being a stock broker.

All content on Spodwise — including our analytical models, signal logic, cycle methodology, branding, code, design, and HEAT Index methodology — is the exclusive property of DSA LTD and protected by copyright, trade mark, and trade secret laws under the laws of England and Wales and applicable international treaties.

Multi-currency support: Although prices are quoted in EUR, payments may be processed in your local currency at the exchange rate provided by our payment processor at the time of purchase. Your bank or card provider may also apply currency conversion fees over which we have no control.

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, consumers have a 14-day cooling-off period for digital subscriptions, provided the service has not yet been accessed or used. Specifically:

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You and DSA LTD agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply.
